Hello! I’m Desiree, a Human Potential Coach with a deep-rooted passion for helping people, especially women, unlock their fullest potential and achieve dreams they once thought were out of reach. With over 16 years of corporate experience navigating the fast-paced worlds of tech and real estate, I’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to succeed in competitive environments.

My journey has also taken me into the heart of global nonprofits like Girls in Tech and Unidos where I’ve had the privilege of being a part of their leadership team, while supporting both women and men in their professional and personal growth journeys. It’s here that I've refined my skills in nurturing talent and breaking down barriers, which fuel my coaching practice today.
